A smooth textured lemon cream filling which is bake and freeze thaw stable.
Can be used tor tart, cake and muffin fillings. Is also delicious as a topping on cheesecakes.
Ingredients: Sugar, Water, Vegetable fat (vegetable oil, antioxidant (307b)), Modified maize starch (1442), Lemon juice concentrate (2%) (contains preservative 223 (sulphites)), Acidity regulators (296, 330, 331), Mineral Salts (452, 516), Vegetable gums (401, 418), Lemon Oil, Emulsifier (433), Colours (160a, 171), Preservative (202)
Contains: sulphites, May be present due to shared equipment: gluten, egg, milk and soy.
