I’ve changed my mind. Do you accept returns?

We understand that sometimes people change their minds. We are happy to accept returns of non-food products within 14 days of purchase if they are in their original packaging and you have proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, due to health guidelines we cannot accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges on any food items. This includes but is not limited to products such as unpackaged cake boards and support dowel. If you are unsure, please give us a call and we can clarify if your product is deemed food or non-food.

What about shipping costs?

We are unable to cover return postage charges on any change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

What if the item is faulty?

We take great pride in ensuring you receive quality products from us, but we also understand people are humans not robots and so sometimes mistakes happen.

Any faulty items will be replaced or refunded, whichever you prefer. In the case of a faulty item that was shipped to you, we will pay for the return postage and resend the replacement item at our own cost.

Can I return special or custom orders?

Unfortunately, as these are made-to-order, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns.

Can I return a gift voucher for a refund?

Sadly, not. Gift vouchers are valid for 12? months but are not transferable for cash or refund. If there is any reason you are unable to redeem the voucher in that timeframe, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can work out.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my class?

Call us to reschedule and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

If you have to cancel and we cannot fill your place, you will lose your non-refundable deposit.

If we have to cancel because we don’t have the minimum number to run the class, you will receive a full refund.

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for classes purchased that are running.
