Standard Flat Shipping

Flat rate shipping of $14.95 applies to all orders.

Delivery can be expected (but not guaranteed) within 3-7 days.

Free Shipping Over $150 (extra charges may apply to oversized items and deliveries to rural areas).

Express Post Shipping

Express Post may incur extra charges.  We will notify you of this before posting your items.  Delivery can be expected (but not guaranteed) within 1-3 days.

Oversized items

Some products are classed as oversized (ie. Boxes, boards, cake tins).  These products may incur excess charges due to size and weight.  If this is the case, customers will be notified of any excess charges.

Dispatch

We will endeavour to ship your order same day, or the next business day. We cannot guarantee delivery days, dates or times.
Please order your items well ahead of time to avoid any issues that may arise.
All orders will be sent with a tracking number which you will receive via email and/or text message. Please use this to keep track of your order and expected delivery times.

Damages

We will do our best to pack orders securely.  Once items are dispatched Choice Cakes cannot be held responsible for any damages occurred during transit.

If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately via email and include any photos of the damage.
