A delicious cookie mix that can be used as a base for a wide range of cookies. Great for morning/afternoon tea and lunch boxes. Cookies should be over-wrapped or bagged on the day of baking to maintain freshness and best results for your customers satisfaction. RECIPE SUGGESTIONS: CHEWY COOKIES: Add WHITE CHOC RASPBERRY: Add 1/4 cup crushed freeze dried raspberries and 1/2 cup white chocolate chips to standard recipe. JAFFA: Add 300g chocolate chips and 2-3 tsp orange flavouring to standard recipe. PECAN AND COFFEE: Add 300g chopped pecans and 2-3 tsp Coffee flavouring to standard recipe. DOUBLE CHOC: Add 30g cocoa powder, 50ml water and 0.300kg chocolate chips to standard recipe. DATE AND WALNUT: Add 50g water, 150g chopped dates and 150g chopped walnuts to standard recipe.
