If shipping costs are less than flat rate, we will issue a refund for the difference.

Express Post available on request
Please add this request in the comments section when checking out. Express post will incur extra charges. We will notify you of this before posting your items. Delivery can be expected (but not guaranteed) within 1-3 days.

Oversized & Bulk Items
Some products are classed as oversized (ie. Boxes, boards, cake tins). These products may incur excess charges due to size and weight. If this is the case, customers will be notified of any excess charges.

You may also pick up your order from our store in Chirnside Park (VIC) during our opening hours.
