Perfect for anyone wanting to build confidence with buttercream techniques, this hands-on class will guide you step-by-step through layering, covering and decorating your own floral-inspired cake using delicate piping details and charming decorative finishes. By the end of the class, you’ll leave amazed at what you’ve created - and excited to recreate it again at home! Suitable for ages 16+.

What you’ll learn:

• How to layer and fill your cake
• How to achieve a smooth buttercream finish
• How to correctly prepare and fill piping bags
• How to pipe delicate flowers, vines and decorative details
